Go to Releases, add your track details and Spotify embed link, then click "Submit to curators". You'll be guided through selecting curators and paying the £10 gate fee. Once submitted, curators have 7 days to review your track and send you personalised offers.
Curators have up to 7 days to respond to your submission. Most active curators respond within 1–3 days. If you receive no offers within 7 days, your gate fee is automatically refunded in full — no questions asked.
Go to the sidebar, tap your artist name at the bottom, then select Settings. From there you can update your name, phone number, country and profile photo. To change your email address, contact our support team.
On the Free plan, each release costs £10 to submit. On Pro (£20/month) you get 5 releases included per month — extra releases are £8 each. On Max (£70/month) you get 10 releases included — extra releases are £6 each. You can always upgrade your plan in Settings.
No problem — you still have your campaign running with all other curators. If you click "Decline & Earn +1 Credit" on any offer, you also get a free playlist submission credit.
Every week you receive free credits to submit your music directly to curator-owned playlists — no gate fee needed. Free plan gets 10 credits/week, Pro gets 20, Max gets 50. Credits reset every Monday at midnight UTC. Use them by going to Playlist Submissions in the sidebar.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers. When you pay for a curator offer, the money is held in escrow — it only reaches the curator after they deliver the work. If a curator doesn't deliver, you can report the issue, and our team will review it and issue a refund if needed.
